Sometimes flushing your outboard with muffs and hose just isn’t enough to rinse away salt, sand and grime from the engine. If you want a more effective washdown, this easy to use Salt Attack Outboard Motor Flush Bag will do the job. It’s designed to submerge the water intake on the outboard maximising the use of your Salt Away concentrate for a better clean. Simply position the bag under the outboard, fill with water, add the suggested Salt Away concentrate (see specs) and run the engine. And since the outboard is submerged in water while you flush, it quiets the engine exhaust noise while providing the necessary exhaust back pressure that flush muffs can’t provide. Plus, it also has a stability base which allows the bag to stand freely so you can flush more than one engine without draining or refilling the bag.
