Description
The Daiwa Kohga MX 69HB Slow Jigging Rod belongs to the Daiwa range of rods designed specifically for use with Kohga Bayrubber Free lures when targeting Snapper. It integrates many innovative technologies such as X45, HVF, V-Joint and Metal Top.
Metal Top
The Daiwa Kohga MX 69HB Slow Jigging Rod features an integrated titanium tip (Metal Top), which creates a sensitive front section that will not spook the fish during a bite.
HVF and X45 combine to create a thin and lightweight carbon blank that loads progressively throughout its length; a responsive middle section absorbs any sudden pressure changes, while the lower section retains enough power to effectively respond to large Snapper.
V-Joint
Bias construction (V-Joint) allows the creation of a compact two-piece rod concept, whereby the ferrule is able to actively flex retaining the structural integrity and bending curve indicative of a one-piece blank.
High-Quality Components
The design of the Kohga MX rods is further enhanced through the use of quality componentry. Fuji guides are used throughout the range with SiC inserts and Polished Stainless Steel frames, while an Air Sensor reel seat provides ultimate sensitivity.
