Svord knives are manufactured in New Zealand out of Swedish High Carbon Tool Steel or Stainless Steel.
All Knives are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process. Each Svord knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a Rockwell Hardness is 57-58 RcH.
The Svord 9” Fish Fillet Knife has a semi-flexible 22.5 cm curved Blade manufactured from Swedish 12C27 Stainless Steel which is a razor sharp factory edge and provides a superb “out-of-box” performance.
